Wuxi Zhongcai Technology Co.,Ltd, founded in 2006, is a new type private high-tech enterprise integrated with research and development of circuit level multicrystalline silicon and solar-energy level multicrystalline silicon product. The company has persisted in the concept of “human first, quality guarantee, energy saving and environmental protection, innovation and high efficiency”. The 300T/a multicrystalline silicon production line (modified from Siemens technology) was built for 300 days and was debugged successfully at once. Its average furnace output reaches to 600Kg and the rate of deposition is more than 2.5Kg/h. This production line breaks foreign technology’s blocking. So the company has built one home-made production line.
