It is a Chinese foreign joint venture enterprise invested by Wuxi Yinxing Investment Co.,Ltd and Hongkong Nanhui International Investment Co.,Ltd. Registered capital is ¡ç5million and total capital is RMB220million. It is a kernel branch corporation of Wuxi Zhongcai Group.
The company is specialized in producing and distributing cold-rolled black strip (160,000 tons every year), tin plate strip (160,000 tons every year), color coated steel strip (plate) and high-performance oil paint (10,000 tons every year), in which production line for tin plate is developed by Beijing Steel Research Institute and Yinxing R & D Group. This technology keeps ahead in China.
The company covers an area of 70mu.
